Try as I might,
I can't seem to reduce the number of pictures
needed to show off this golden-wreathed beauty
of a grizzly bear at Anan. So - fair warning
- there will be an Anan Part Three.
Here she is. (I claim poetic license calling
this bear a she.)
Poised and ready...
An
easy catch.
Dinner time.
She was watchful
throughout all of her time at the stream. She
knew there were people around.
But she never
stopped fishing.
And she has the bloody
snout to prove it.
Did I mention she was
watchful? I believe she
is telling us off here.
She decided to come
our way and got even closer to the photo-blind
platform.
She is right below us
now.
This photo gives you a
good chance to see the signature hump on the
shoulders of a grizzly.
